Welcome to Wrapify (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (www.wrapify.com.au) and our services.
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
Wrapify provides services including but not limited to:
- Vehicle wrapping (full, partial, decals)
- Paint Protection Film (PPF)
- Fleet branding
- Food truck wraps
- Signage and graphics
All services are subject to availability and project scope.
2. Quotes & Pricing
- All quotes are provided based on the information supplied by the customer
- Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated
- Final pricing may vary if project requirements change
- Additional costs may apply for design revisions, surface preparation, or unforeseen issues
3. Bookings & Deposits
- A deposit may be required to secure your booking
- Work will not commence until the deposit is received
- Booking dates are subject to availability
4. Payments
- Full payment is required prior to or upon completion of services unless agreed otherwise
- We reserve the right to withhold release of the vehicle or completed work until payment is received in full
- Late payments may incur additional fees
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Ensure the vehicle is clean and free from contaminants prior to installation
- Disclose any prior damage, repainting, or repairs
- Remove personal items from the vehicle
Wrapify is not responsible for issues arising from pre-existing damage or poor paint condition.
6. Installation & Workmanship
- We take all reasonable care during installation
- Minor imperfections may occur due to the nature of vinyl application
- Complex surfaces and older vehicles may affect final results
7. Warranty
Workmanship Warranty
We provide a limited warranty on installation workmanship.
Material Warranty
Material warranties are subject to manufacturer terms and conditions.
Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper cleaning or maintenance
- Exposure to harsh chemicals or environments
8. Vehicle Condition
- Wrapify is not liable for damage caused by removal of vinyl where the underlying paint is compromised
- Vehicles with resprayed panels or poor paint condition may be at higher risk during removal
9. Removal of Wraps
- Wrap removal services are quoted separately
- Additional costs may apply depending on condition and duration of the wrap
10. Intellectual Property
- All designs created by Wrapify remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed
- Customers are granted a license to use the final design upon full payment
11. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Deposits may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs within a specified timeframe
- We require notice for rescheduling
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Wrapify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
13. Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a remedy if services fail to meet acceptable standards.
14. Website Use
By using our website, you agree:
- Not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the website
- Not to reproduce or copy content without permission
15. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party providers (e.g. payment processors, hosting platforms). We are not responsible for their terms or practices.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective once published on our website.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
